Portrait Locations

Updated: Jun 28, 2018

Here are some of my favorite locations to shot Portraits (senior, family, engagement, ...) throughout the Denver area. Without getting into the mountains, there are still some great locations right outside of the city with some amazing views and natural landscapes. There are great parks within Denver as well in the surrounding suburbs. If nature isn't your thing, the city itself offers some great urban backgrounds.

#1

Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater

18300 W Alameda Pkwy

Morrison, CO 80465

Red Rocks offers a variety of natural backdrops with mountains, grasses, caves, and picturesque scenery.

#2

South Valley Park

90 S Valley Rd

Littleton, CO 80401

A small park located right off 470, with hiking trails, red rocks, a small lake, and views of the mountains.

#3

Union Station and Downtown Denver

16th Street Mall Area

Denver, CO

A great urban center with old building, alley ways, murals, neon signs, and a real Downtown feeling.

#4

Washington Park

Denver, CO

A small piece of nature in the center of the city, with flowers, trees, a boat house, and a lake.

#5

Daniel's Park

8682 N Daniels Park Rd

Sedalia, CO 80135

Located in Southern Denver Suburbs, Daniel's Park has stunning views of the mountains and cool rocks to pose on.
